Today we discuss stepping into your greatness, increasing personal power, and making your business and life shine!

We are all faced with various obstacles and roadblocks that stand in our way, stopping us from moving forward and shining in different areas of our lives. By tapping into our personal power we can show up how we want in life, instead of claiming defeat and accepting a life of mediocracy when things seem too hard.

Personal power is something that we all have, but many of us rarely ever tap into it. So what is this force and where does it come from? How do we learn how to tap into it successfully and create the life that we want? I’ll give you a hint… one of the key principles for tapping into our personal power is courage.

When we have courage, we’re able to acknowledge and accept what is and isn’t working in our lives. We can speak our truth, try new things, admit defeat when necessary, and learn valuable lessons from our greatest failures. When we have courage, we have the power to become all we were meant to be and more. It’s your time to shine!

My guest, Rebecca Bell Massoud, is an award-winning Marketing and Presentation Coach, Speaker, and Creator of Speak *SHINE* Sell, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs grow their income and impact through speaking.

She shares the story of her leap of faith from hiding in an unhappy, unfulfilling life in the corporate world to shining in her own, soul-inspired business. Rebecca provides insight into embracing vulnerability, facing fears, and creating joy in all areas of our lives, including business.

We Discuss:

  • How to be consistently empowered to have a business and life that truly shines
  • Becoming the master of your own mind and understanding your values and purpose
  • The 6-step formula that can help anyone achieve quantum breakthroughs in life
  • Learning how to embrace vulnerability and discomfort to manifest your dreams
  • Overcoming and accepting imperfection in order to take necessary action
  • How to create a business and life that you love while having fun doing it

“Vulnerability is about revealing parts of yourself that maybe you wouldn’t normally share with somebody. It’s revealing mistakes you’ve made, failures you’ve had, and it’s uncomfortable. I believe it gets easier as you’re willing to say yes to sharing those parts because then people can relate to you. They want to connect with you more.”  –  Rebecca Bell Massoud
