Think about it… how long have you been struggling with issues in your life? I bet, if you are like many of my clients, you have certain issues that just aren’t going away with hopeful thinking. I am talking about those issues that create stress, unhappiness, and problems in your life.

Now, some of you might be thinking, “I don’t want to deal with this right now! I want to turn on something that will entertain me and make me feel happy.” For those of you in this category, if you stay with me, I can guarantee that your happiness will increase.

So, where do we start? Well, you must first increase your resolve and be open to change if you are to overcome challenges in your life. Then, begin to impregnate your mind with beliefs that are saturated with faith, conviction, and power and allow them to permeate your consciousness.

Today, guests Dr. Greg Hammer and Peter Littlejohn Cook join me to explore how to gain without pain and shatter the rocks of difficulty that come our way. We share strategies and insight for how to have more success, productivity, and happiness in your life.

About Peter Littlejohn Cook:

Peter Littlejohn Cook is the director of the GraceFlow School of Meditation and Tantra, through which he provides support (mostly online these days) to Yoga teachers, therapists, and coaches, who have had a spiritual awakening.

Peter’s super-power is helping people to bridge the ‘spiritual’ and the ‘material’ to experience embodied self-realization.

He teaches short, simple meditation and breathwork practices that can be integrated into each day until the blessed experience of grace starts to arise spontaneously.

As the former drummer in a grunge band, his life has spanned the extremes, from the hedonistic world of sex, drugs, and rock’n’roll, to traveling in robes and sitting at the feet of holy men in sacred caves in India, to giving Satsang and teaching meditation to scientists.

His experience, his appearance, his non-conformist approach to life, combined with his name – Peter Littlejohn Cook – have earned him the title, ‘The Spiritual Pirate.’

Not known for taking himself too seriously, or for conforming to any tradition, Peter is passionate about working with heart-centered entrepreneurs who feel the calling, the courage, and the inspiration to fully awaken, and to co-create “Heaven on Earth.”
