Today we discuss the benefits of eating a plant-based diet and how to clear old patterns and energies and create real and lasting change.

Did you know that by adopting a vegan diet you can enjoy everything from a healthy gut and glowing skin to saving money and even a better sex life? Yup, that’s what the experts tell us! And, through a plant-based diet, you may even ward off Alzheimer’s, Type 2 Diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and other metabolic diseases. Today, I will take you on a journey into the possibilities of changing up your diet and rethinking what you need to fuel your body!

My first guest, Gene Stone, is a former Peace Corps volunteer, journalist, and book, magazine, and newspaper editor, and is a New York Times bestselling author. He joins me today to discuss how veganism can optimize our mind, body, and spirit and help the world, “bad fads” and why we shouldn’t be following them, and what some of us may not already know about being vegan. Rather than emphasizing what we’d be giving up, Gene shares what we’d be gaining by joining the ever-growing movement to eat a plant-based diet.

Do you have any habits or chronic patterns that you would like to get rid of? I am talking about the tough stuff, like challenging stop/start patterns, money issues, eating issues, stress, and chronic health challenges. Today, I am addressing how to permanently let go of these issues no matter what you have been told. Yes, you can change anything with the right knowledge!

What if I told you there was a way to create positive change that will result in more energy, boosted creativity, increased focus, enhanced athletic ability, better overall mood, and the ability to concentrate? You may say that sounds too good to be true. But, I have experienced this first hand, and I have a special guest who will share how you can let go of old patterns and energies that have been holding our consciousness down and easily expand what is possible in your life.

My second guest, Bill McKenna, is the author of The Only Lesson and the founder of the Cognomovement Systems, which is a Cognitive Movement Exercise System that is designed for the quick and powerful change of chronic problems and patterns and for creating real and lasting change. He joins me today to discuss the secret to cravings and how to get rid of them, how to use our bodies to change our minds, and the science behind Cognomovement.

We Discuss:

  • Why more and more people are starting to become vegan/embrace a plant-based diet
  • Some things that many of us don’t already know about the benefits of being vegan
  • How being vegan can help the world and help us optimize our minds, body, and spirit
  • Different “bad fads” that are out there today and why we should not be following them
  • How a plant-based diet can prevent and even reverse some of the leading causes of death
  • The secret to unhealthy cravings: What causes them and how to get rid of them for good
  • How to use our body to change our mind, change our feelings, and change our decisions
  • Clearing old patterns and energies that have been holding our consciousness down
  • Raising our consciousness, healing, and creating real and lasting change in our lives

It can be very difficult, people think, to change their diet because diets are one of our major habits. Start to think about where your food comes from to make conscious choices, and the more you think about your food and the more you think about the relationship between your food and your health, the more likely you are to want to start eating more healthy.”  –  Gene Stone

Marathon runner, martial artist, helicopter pilot, and former adrenaline junkie turned spiritual teacher, Bill McKenna has pioneered a groundbreaking method for creating massive change, shifting perspective, and raising consciousness. And it all centers around a brightly colored ball…

Bill McKenna is the author of The Only Lesson and the founder of the Cognomovement Systems.

During his own life-changing spiritual awakening, Bill studied with a number of master teachers to learn the secrets of self-discovery and the ability to create miraculous change in his life and in the lives of others. Bill now shares those secrets with his students in his renowned, Secrets of the Masters Series.

While in the pursuit of gifting what he had learned to others, he wanted something that could help people in a faster, longer-lasting, and more profound way. That’s when Bill began working with Cognitive Movement and discovered that change could be fast, easy, and even permanent!

He then began to develop the groundbreaking technology of the Cognomovement Systems with his business partner Liz Larson. Today, Bill is creating miracles for his clients along with Cognomovement practitioners around the world!

“One of the wonderful things about Cognomovement is being able to create change almost without effort. Whether it’s money or relationships, how you feel about yourself, or a craving, you merely can allow yourself to feel that way and exploit the natural, neurological systems in your body. And that’s what Cognomovement does, it exploits a natural response that your neurology has.”  –  Bill McKenna
