Today we discuss navigating through adversity and learning to embrace our current reality, make a positive difference for others, and create a deeply fulfilling life.

My guest, Dr. Herman Williams, is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Clinical Officer at RCCH HealthCare Partner with extensive healthcare expertise that includes the management and operations of large-scale, national clinics and hospitals. He joins me today to discuss enduring life’s crushing blows in order to find purpose and cultivate peace and joy in life, and shares how overcoming obstacles in our lives defines who we are today.

“When you’re faced with an opportunity to embrace another culture or to learn from someone else, that really defines you. How open are you to that experience and how do you not let your background limit you? That’s the real test.”  –  Dr. Herman Williams
