Today we discuss empowering ourselves to live a happy, healthy, and intentional life.

My first guest, Kim Stanwood Terranova, a woman of passionate power who has been dubbed the chiropractor of the mind and the master teacher of intentional living, assists individuals with experiencing true inner greatness and unlimited, authentic joy. She joins me today to discuss how we can tap into the technology of intention to bring us back to our true selves and consciously create a life of joy, abundance, and wisdom.

My second guest, Dr. Decker Weiss, who has been called the first integrative physician, was the first Naturopathic Cardiologist in the Columbia Hospital system, the Arizona Heart Institute, and the Arizona Heart Hospital, and became a fellow of the American Society of Angiology. He joins me today to discuss the importance of listening to our bodies and paying attention to inflammatory issues in order to prevent chronic disease and live a healthier life.

We Discuss:

  • What intentional living starts with and how we can tune into our own inner wisdom
  • What intentions are and why it’s beneficial for people to use intentions in their life
  • How the Technology of Intention can be used for relationships, business, and finances
  • How we can practice intentional living and harness clarity in chaotic and uncertain times
  • The greatest challenges that we can face when we first set out to live more intentionally
  • Training ourselves to become conscious of our actions vs. staying in reaction mode
  • Why people do not pay attention to their bodies and end up developing chronic diseases
  • Recognizing the warning signs of chronic inflammatory states in the body
  • Learning how to listen to our bodies and prevent the development of chronic disease

“Whatever it is we truly wish to embody in this lifetime, we put in an intention. We are then creating with this spiritual truth that is bigger than we know, and we are allowing it to assist us in creation.”  –  Kim Stanwood Terranova

Dr. Decker Weiss, NMD, FASA was the first Naturopathic Cardiologist in the Columbia Hospital system, the Arizona Heart Institute, and the Arizona Heart Hospital, and became a fellow of the American Society of Angiology.

Dr. Weiss later opened the Scottsdale Heart Institute, where he helped thousands of patients safely reduce medication, eliminate the need for angioplasty and bypass surgery, and naturally reverse heart disease and many arrhythmias.

He has been called the first integrative physician having graduated from a Naturopathic Medical School and then participated in a conventional internship (Arizona Heart Institute, Columbia Hospital System (AZ)) and the Arizona Heart Hospital.

Dr. Weiss stayed on staff for 10 years at the Arizona Heart Hospital while building his first practice, the Scottsdale Heart Institute.

As he moved forward in his life he added other chronic conditions and infectious disease skills to his practice and now diagnoses and treats over 60 conditions.

This practice, the Weiss Center for Health and Medicine, is Dr. Weiss’ ultimate vision with a combination of cutting-edge technology such as simplified “in your home” diagnostics such as sleep studies, blood pressure monitoring, Holter testing, and advanced therapeutics ranging from stem cells to advanced nutritional approaches and supplementation.

Dr. Weiss founded Peace Possible™ in 2018, a federally approved nonprofit dedicated to researching intractable cycles of violence, sex slave/sex trafficked recovery, and cycles of poverty work-wide while providing free health-care in some of the worlds most ignored locations. He has set-up and delivered medicine in war zones such as the Syrian border, and Iraq.

Dr. Weiss is also the author of, “The Weiss Method,” a best-selling book on reversing heart disease.

“The key to any prevention is listening to your body very intently, paying attention to what inflammatory issues are popping up, including mood, insomnia, and fatigue, and then handling those naturally as they come along. That’s true prevention. And then you will live in the absence of chronic disease.”  –  Dr. Decker Weiss
